No. We only ask that you let us know you would like to cancel a week before your last scheduled clean up. You can cancel at anytime.
How can I start my service?

What days of the week do you offer your service?
We are available 7 days a week for your convenience.
Will I have to be home in order for you to scoop in my yard?
No. We would like for you to leave your gate unlocked on your service day. For your convenience, we can also provide you with a lock and key for your fence. Only you and Doodyater will have the key so that we can unlock the gate if your not home on your scheduled service day.
Can my dog stay in the yard while you scoop?
Yes. We love dogs. We don’t mind socializing with your dog while we scoop. If your dog is aggressive or not friendly, we ask that you keep your dog confined while we clean up your yard.
How can I pay and when will I be billed?
You will receive an invoice in the middle of the month for the following month of service. Payments are due on the last day of the month of receiving your invoice. Payments received after the 15th of the month in which we provide our service will incur a $10 late fee for each month past due. Doodyater will accept personal checks or Paypal for payment.
Does Doodyater offer a one time clean up service?

Do you have a Referral program?
Yes. You will receive a free day of service or credit for referring a friend to Doodyater.
